Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at 68DollsClub. We specialize in providing high-quality BJD (Ball-Jointed Doll) outfits, wigs, shoes, eyes, and accessories. Please review our return and refund policy to fully understand your options.

❌ 1. Order Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel your order before it enters the production or fulfillment process. The following orders cannot be canceled:

• Custom-made items (e.g., custom-sized doll clothing, handmade wigs) once production has begun.
• Pre-order items that have been confirmed with our suppliers.
• Orders that have already been shipped.

Refunds for cancellable orders are processed as follows:

🔁 2. Returns and Exchanges

📦 A. Before Shipment

• Items in our warehouse ≤ 15 days: Size/color exchanges possible with a $5 handling fee per item.
• Items in our warehouse > 15 days: Changes cannot be accepted.

🚚 B. After Shipment

1. Wrong or Missing Items

• If you receive an incorrect, wrong size/color, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
• We will offer a full refund of the item cost (excluding shipping) or free reshipment.

2. Return for Personal Reasons

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return international shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
• Refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the return, excluding original shipping fees.

3. Color or Size Exchange After Delivery

• Exchanges are subject to item availability.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping, customs fees, and the re-shipping fee for the new item.

Note: Return/exchange requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

🛠️ C. Item Damage

We inspect all items before shipping. For transit damage:

• Minor damage (loose button, small glue issue): We offer repair guidance or a partial refund ($3–$10). Full returns for minor damage require customer to cover return shipping.
• Major damage (broken joint, severe staining): Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video. We will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

🛃 3. Customs-Related Returns

• Returned by our local customs: We reship for free.
• Returned by your local customs: You will need to pay the reshipping fee. We can assist with documentation.

🚫 4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Package returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or failure to respond to customs.
• Package undelivered due to an address change after shipment.
• Delivery failure due to an incorrect address/phone number provided by the customer.
• Shipping delays during transit.
• Uninsured packages lost in transit (see below).

🛡️ 5. Lost Package Policy & Shipping Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your order.

• With insurance: Full item refund if the package is confirmed lost (shipping fees non-refundable).
• Without insurance: We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and may offer a store credit as a goodwill gesture.

📬 6. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to recipient issues (wrong address, unclaimed):

• We will contact you to arrange reshipment, and you will be responsible for new shipping fees.
• We offer free storage for returned packages for up to 3 months. After that, unclaimed items are considered abandoned.
