Thank you for shopping at 68DollsClub. By accessing and purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

🔒 1. Privacy Statement

Customer privacy is our top priority. All personal information collected during your order process will only be used for order processing, production, shipping, and after-sales service. We will never sell, rent, or release your private information to any third party without your consent.

💳 2. Transaction Security

All payments on 68DollsClub are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways, including PayPal, credit cards. We do not store or retain any of your financial data, card information, or payment details. All transactions are safely handled by certified global payment providers.

📦 3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment in accordance with our refund policy. Once your order has been shipped, direct cancellation is no longer available.

If you wish to cancel after shipment, you may receive the package and return the unused items in original condition. We will deduct our original international shipping fees and any local customs charges incurred, then refund the remaining item value. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made items, handmade BJD outfits, handmade wigs, and confirmed pre-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

🛃 4. Customs & Import Responsibility

All international orders may be subject to local customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or clearance fees. Any customs-related charges, delays, detentions, or confiscations are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Due to different customs policies in each country, 68DollsClub is not responsible for customs issues. We can provide invoices and supporting documents to assist with customs clearance upon request. We recommend that customers check their local import regulations before placing international orders.

🎀 5. Product Characteristics & Handmade Notes

Most BJD outfits, wigs, and accessories are handmade and manually crafted. Minor differences in color, stitching, texture, and size may exist and do not qualify as defective items. We only accept returns or compensation for severe damage, incorrect items, or major inconsistency with official product photos.

🛡️ 6. Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your order. Insured orders will receive a full product-value refund if the package is confirmed lost by the logistics company (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Uninsured lost packages can only be assisted with carrier claims. Store credit may be offered as a courtesy, but full refund or compensation is not guaranteed.

⚖️ 7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all service agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of China.

📌 8. Final Interpretation

68DollsClub reserves the right of final interpretation of all policies, including payment rules, shipping regulations, return policies, and order terms.
